Yogi Lalit Ji
Yogi Lalit was born in a Brahmin Yogic family in the Himalayas. During his early years, his grandfather, Sri Swami Bhola Dutt, a revered Yogi who dedicated his life to spiritual propagation in the Himalayan valleys, served as his early Guru. At the age of 5, Yogi Lalit moved to Rishikesh to begin his advanced Yogic studies. Rishikesh is renowned as the global center of Yoga, where Yogi Lalit studied deeply in the field of Sanskrit scriptures and Vedas, Yoga sciences which include Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Sukshma Vyayam, Ayurveda, Palmistry, physical mental special spiritual practices and strong disciplines. The training and method of the Ashram is unique where you can only learn a traditional Yogic life. Yogi Lalit spent his early years i.e. till the age of 20 studying in the Ashram, refining his Yoga expertise and obtaining a Master's degree (Yoga Acharya) in Yoga science. During his studies he received many yoga awards from various universities, colleges and schools for connecting the community with yoga and making life conscious. He started his teaching journey in Rishikesh during his early educational pursuits, he continued to gain knowledge of yoga from various great yogis, saints and acharyas. During his spiritual journey he dedicated himself to serving the ashram where he diligently performed the ashram duties (seva) and teaching yoga for well-being, which lies in the path of understanding the principles of a yogi's life. Inspired by the knowledge imparted by his guru, he started a mission to impart his knowledge and skills. His teachings are followed by millions of practitioners worldwide. The Journey of Yogi Lalit In 2015, he received an invitation as the CEO of Yoga School Thailand, strengthening his presence in the region. He moved to Bangkok, Thailand. Since then he has been working for community education and health enlightenment, Yogi Lalit's in-depth understanding and expertise of diverse forms of yoga including Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Kundalini Yoga as well as various Pranayama and meditation techniques brought him to Bangkok. Throughout his career, Yogi Lalit has conducted numerous workshops, training sessions and retreats around the world, guiding students on the path of self-discovery and spiritual fulfillment. His teachings focus on holistic well-being. His dedication to the practice of yoga and his commitment to serving others have earned him a reputation as a respected and beloved teacher in the international yoga community.
