Yogi Lalit Ji

Yogi Lalit (RYT 500) is an experienced teacher who had been teaching yoga for 15 years. He is originally from Rishikesh, India. And now he is co-founder of Embrace Energy Yoga in Bangkok. Beside that he has been invited to be a guest teacher by other countries for example, Japan, Australia, France, Vietnam and etc.
He is well versed in Ashtanga yoga, Iyengar Hatha Holistic Yoga, Iyengar Vinyasa, Kundalini Yoga also he is specialized of Healing Yoga Therapy. His teaching is very dynamic equivalent to the needs of the beginner, intermediate and advance learners of yoga. His academy achievement includes a bachelor degree in traditional Sanskrit, philosophy teaching of yoga, mantra chanting and other spirituality dimensions of yoga.
Currently, he is pursuing his master study in yoga skills and teaching methodology, Yoga Science, and Ayurveda. Yogi Lalit devote his life to be a Yogi and willing to help people to know more and get in depth in Yoga. Because Yoga is one way to make people happy life and healthy life. Dr. Usha Vaishnava

Dr. Usha Vaishnava Having Studied disciplines in Ayurveda & Herbal Medicine, She had completed her 5 1/2 years recognized B.A.M.S. an internationally recognized degree in Ayurveda from famed 150 years old Ayurveda University in India. Then she specialized in Panchakarma Therapy at world recognized Arya Vaidya Sala, Kottakkal (Kerala). For the last 14 years she is engaged in Ayurvada Treatment, Teaching and Training students for Ayurvedic Massages and Dietery. She also has her own clinic in Tapovan for giving Ayurvedic Treatment, Massages, Panchakarma, Nutritional advices and other personal / private consultation. She is a special guest doctor for Om Shanti Om Yoga School


Master Pankaj

Master Pankaj (Sam) grew up in a sports boarding school and began his journey with Yoga and sports activities at a very early age. His academic achievement includes a Bachelor Degree in Arts and Science, Certificate 3 and 4 in Health and Fitness from Australia and USA. He also specializes in Yoga philosophy, anatomy, mantra chanting and other spiritual dimensions of yoga. Sam has been teaching Yoga for the last five years and focuses on Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga, and his classes emphasize the importance of breath work and Asana. Sam’s joy and passion for yoga are palpable and infectious. His style brings together elements of strength, flexibility and balance, encouraging students to break through their perceived limitations both on and off the mat. What began as a purely physical practice led Sam to discover the many spiritual and mental benefits of a well-rounded yoga practice. It is through Pranayama, Asanas and Meditation that he taps into the sense of inner calm and self-acceptance that yoga brings, and he encourages his students to do the same. Sam is an Alliance (500 hour) certified teacher and always looking forward to sharing the knowledge and love with people and always ready to show the value of Yoga in daily life.

Yogi Jitendra Ji

Yogi Jitendra Kumar Ji was born and brought up in Maharishree Jamdagini Tapasthali in Himachal Pradesh. In young age, he was interested and educated in fine Arts and obtained Diploma in Fine Arts. Later he continued his study in a holy city situated at the foothills of Himalaya and obtained Master in Yoga. In his life journey, later he found Swami Vishwaroopananda and surrendered himself his teachings and perfected himself in yogic discipline at Shivananda Ashram Rishikesh which made him as a professional teacher of ancient Hatha Yoga, Shatkarma. There he did a certificate course in Vedanta, Philosophy, Sanskrit and Yoga from Academy Shivananda Ashram Rishikesh, flowing instructions of his Guru, he conducted Yoga Teachers Trainings and various intensive course of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Kriyas for foreign students in Many Yoga School in world Capital of yoga city in rishikesh India.


Master Eddy

Master Eddy (RYT 500) is originally from Bangkok. He has experienced of yoga more than 20 years. He had injured from accident many years ago. He practiced yoga to cure his body. He knows many way to help students who get pain espically from practice yoga. He has been teaching in Thailand and China. He know how to maximize of students capability. He like to help students to get development. His teaching is soft and gentle. Students from many countries like his teaching style. He has his own kind of teaching . He welcomed student every level. His student is from beginner until advance.


Charlie Ji

Charlie dedicated resourceful and goal-driven professional yoga educator with a solid commitment to the development of every yoga learner. He loves to teaching yoga methodology.
His teaching methodology class focusses on how his students know how to manage the yoga class well. And let his students know how important of teaching in yoga class properly. Committed to creating a classroom atmosphere that is stimulating and encouraging to students. He is a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated educator who wants all participants to be successful learners and become a wonderful yoga teacher in the future. His background of yoga.
He has been practicing yoga since 2005 and has been teaching yoga since 2011. He has his bachelor’s degree of B.Sc Sports Sciences. He has completed 500 RYT in Hatha Vinyasa styles and Teaching Methodology & Asanas Sequencing in Teacher Training course. Also, he had 1st award from Malaysian International Yoga Competition 2014 (Adults Category)


Master Ake ji

Teacher “Ake” has been teaching yoga for more than 15 years. At the beginning he had been starting just from wanted to lose his weight. At that time, he was overweight also had anemia, making him very sick. He also had the problem of premature gray hair. Fortunately, after he starting yoga his weight loss, He look much better and better. He becomes very healthy obviously seen by many people. He looks better, more active, and stronger. Many people surround him noticed his changed and want to know how he could improve his health. From that time, he has been started to teach people yoga to give people advice to become healthy. Teacher Ake has been teaching yoga since then. His special teaching is “Yoga Therapy”. Ake is very kindness and willing to help others.
