Yes, you can take course for 1 week or 2 weeks also. 1 week for 50 hours program and 2 weeks for 100 hours program. Please ask more information directly to our management team.
You have to bring basic needs for example, clothes, medicines, and personal stuff. Additional materials you can get from Bangkok rather than you carry from your home.
The prices range from Baht 300-3000/night according to the facilities. Our school offer accommodation around 400-800 per night including basic facilities.
You can take train from Bangkok Suvanphumi airport get off at Pha Ya Thai and transfer to the BTS Sala Deng Station and then walk Just 5 minutes from station to the school. You can also come by taxi from Bangkok airport directly to the school with approximately 300 - 600 Baht.
Bangkok is a food heaven. We have various kind of restaurant serving food internationally such as Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, Italian, Chinese, Japanese food etc.
Preparation: You don’t need to complete any assessments or finish the entire e-book
we’ve sent. However, it would be helpful to get familiar with some Sanskrit terms and
the names of asana poses. This will make it easier for you to follow along and learn more
quickly in class.
Timetable: The classes typically run from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We start with a morning yoga session, followed by instructional classes, with breaks for lunch and short rest periods.. We’ll provide a detailed timetable in the course.
Meals: We understand that everyone has different preferences, as now Bangkok has
variety of food surround our area. Please come and choose by yourself.
Dress Code: We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing suitable for yoga. Just make sure you’re comfortable and can move freely during the sessions.
Additional Notes: Bring a water bottle, We provide a yoga mat (if you prefer your own, you can
bring it with you), and any personal items that will help you feel comfortable. A light jacket or
shawl can be useful if you find the air-conditioned rooms a bit chilly.
